1. Purpose
This Attendance Policy establishes the requirements for earning CE Credits through Hexagon Training. This Policy is designed to ensure compliance with standards set by recognized Canadian and United States psychology regulatory bodies and CE sponsor requirements, and to maintain the integrity, quality, and accountability of our training programs.
2. Eligibility
CE Credits are available to Users who meet all of the following criteria:
- 2.1 Are licensed psychologists or other regulated mental health professionals, or individuals otherwise eligible for CE Credit under applicable provincial, territorial, state, or professional regulations.
- 2.2 Have completed course registration, paid all required fees, and attend the program for professional development purposes consistent with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
3. Attendance and Participation Requirements
To receive CE credits, users must:
- 3.1 Attend the full scheduled instructional time of the CE activity.
- 3.2 Complete required sign in and sign out procedures or electronic attendance verification processes.
- 3.3 Participate in required learning activities.
- 3.4 Complete and submit all required evaluations and, where applicable, post activity assessments.
CE Credit is awarded only for full completion of the activity. Partial credit is not awarded for partial attendance or non completion.
If a participant arrives late or leaves early, Hexagon Training will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis to determine whether full attendance requirements have been met. Determinations will be made in accordance with sponsor and regulatory expectations.
For on-demand or online learning activities, participants must complete all required modules and successfully complete any required assessments in order to receive CE Credit.
4. Certificates of Completion
Certificates of Completion will be issued only to Users who:
- 4.1 Meet all attendance and participation requirements.
- 4.2 Successfully complete required evaluations or assessments.
- 4.3 Certificates will specify the number of CE Credits earned, the title of the program, date of completion, and sponsoring organization where applicable.
- 4.4 Hexagon Training does not guarantee acceptance of CE Credits by all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for confirming applicability with their regulatory body.
- 4.5 Hexagon Training maintains documentation verifying CE Credit and certificate issuance for a minimum of three (3) years and can provide verification upon request.
5. Non-Compliance
Users who fail to comply with attendance, participation, or course requirements will not receive CE Credits. Hexagon Training reserves the right to deny CE Credit to any User who does not meet these standards.
6. Complaints Related to Attendance or CE Credit
