Account & Enrollment

Are the courses self-paced?

Yes, we offer courses that are self-paced and available on-demand. We also offer live webinars that are available to attend virtually. You can view all of our training opportunities on our Courses page.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, you will need to enter your name, email address, and password or use a supported single sign-on option. Use the buttons below to sign up or sign in to your existing account.

How do I enroll in a course?

Once logged in, select a course and click Enroll. The course will then appear in your dashboard.

How long do I have access to a course?

Access duration varies by course. Many courses provide access for 6–12 months from enrollment. We will notify you of any courses that will be phased from the website.

CE Credits, Certificates & Compliance

Do your courses offer Continuing Education (CE) credits?

Yes, our courses are designed to be consistent with the standards and requirements set by the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and American Psychological Association (APA). CE credits are determined on a course-by-course basis and awarded to learners who have successfully completed course requirements.

How do I earn CE credits for a course?

To earn CE credits, you must register for the course, attend the full event, and complete any required assessments. A CE certificate will be issued once all the course requirements are met. The number of CE credits will be indicated on the certificate.

How do I access my certificate?

Certificates are available for download from your Dashboard once all completion requirements are met.

Will Hexagon Training submit credits on my behalf?

No. Each learner is responsible for their own self-reporting.
