Bernie Bayer

Co-Founder, Clinic Studios | Senior Partner, Taurus Property Group

Bernie Bayer is the Co-Founder of Clinic Studios, where he is helping create a modern, flexible workspace that supports psychologists and other mental health professionals as they establish and grow their practices.

Bernie is also a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Taurus Property Group. Throughout his career, he has worked with developers, property owners, and businesses to create successful commercial environments that strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.

His involvement with Clinic Studios reflects a belief that the physical environment plays an important role in professional success and client experience. He is passionate about creating spaces where clinicians feel supported, connected, and equipped to do their best work.

Outside of work, Bernie enjoys skiing, cycling, travelling, and spending time with his wife, Doreen, and their family.

Paul McCloy

Paul McCloy is the Co-Founder of Clinic Studios, a purpose-built workspace designed to help psychologists, counsellors, and other mental health professionals build thriving private practices within a collaborative, professional environment.

Paul is also a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Taurus Property Group, one of Western Canada's leading commercial real estate advisory firms. Over the past 25 years, he has specialized in helping organizations create places where businesses, people, and communities can flourish. Clinic Studios brings together Paul's passion for entrepreneurship, thoughtful design, and community building.

He believes that by removing many of the logistical and operational challenges of running a practice, clinicians are free to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to their clients. Outside of work, Paul enjoys skiing, golf, travel, great food and wine, and spending time with his partner, Crystal, and his two sons.
