Refund Policy
1. Purpose
Hexagon Training is committed to providing high quality Continuing Education programs while maintaining fairness, transparency, and ethical business practices consistent with professional and CE sponsor standards in Canada and the United States. This Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and clarifies the relationship between refunds and CE Credit eligibility.
2. Refund Eligibility
CE Credits are available to Users who meet all of the following criteria:
- 2.1 Hexagon Training offers a full refund for webinar based CE activities when requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- 2.2 Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- 2.3 Refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund except in rare or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Hexagon Training.
- 2.4 Refund eligibility applies only to registrations that have not resulted in CE Credit issuance.
- 2.5 Once CE Credit has been awarded and a Certificate issued, the registration is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for refund, except in cases of administrative error.
3. Requesting a Refund
- 3.1 To request a refund, participants must contact Hexagon Training using the designated contact method provided at the time of registration.
- 3.2 No justification is required for refund requests submitted within the eligibility window.
- 3.3 Refunds will be processed once eligibility is verified.
4. Method of Refund
- 4.1 Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
- 4.2 Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions or payment providers.
5. Impact on CE Credits and Certificates
- 5.1 Participants who receive a refund are not eligible to receive CE Credit or a Certificate of Completion for the refunded activity.
- 5.2 If a refund is issued prior to completion of the CE activity, access to course materials may be revoked.
- 5.3 If a refund is granted due to administrative error after a Certificate has been issued, the Certificate will be formally voided in Hexagon Training’s records.
- 5.4 Hexagon Training maintains documentation of issued and voided Certificates for a minimum of three years in accordance with CE sponsor requirements.
6. Relationship to Complaints Policy
- 6.1 This Refund Policy operates independently of the Complaints Policy.
- 6.2 Participants may request a refund without submitting a formal complaint.
- 6.3 Submission of a complaint does not guarantee refund eligibility.
7. Program Cancellation by Hexagon Training
If a CE activity is cancelled by Hexagon Training, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future offering.
Changes to this Policy
Hexagon Training reserves the right to change this Refund Policy as deemed necessary or as required by law. Any changes will be posted on the Website and Users are deemed to have accepted the updated Policy upon continued use of the Website.
